They are located inside Willowbrook mall with an entrance at the back of the mall. The day we…read morevisited the back door was locked to enter, so we went in the main mall entrance. We visited specifically because they were having a Halloween event. The "event" was tables set up throughout the mall with various vendors. This was advertised as a "free admission" event. They were selling stones, tarot cards, and the other items used in spiritual kinds of practices. A tarot reader had a table for readings. As I was wandering around shopping, my 80+ year old mom approached and asked if this was free, to which the tarot reader replied-yes. My mom meant money and the reader meant nobody scheduled. This miscommunication wasn't obvious until the end of the reading when she was charged $40. The reading was informative and we paid the fee without much discussion; however, the better business practice would have been to have the fee CLEARLY posted. The whole thing felt a bit deceptive and was certainly disappointing.

I've been going to Becca at her Florida location for at least 5 years. While I'm sad she's no…read morelonger in Florida, I have to highly recommend her new studio in Iowa. Her prices are beyond fair for the services she provides, way above and beyond any other stylists I've been to. And She took my (colored and fried) intolerable hair to extremely healthy, easy to maintain blond. My only complaint is that I have to buy a plane ticket to get this kind of service again!
