Would have given them a higher rating but the fish processing store they recommended didn't seem to know what they were doing and tried to short us four fillets. They eventually said I had the full amount when I came to pay but when I opened the sealed container after flying home, we were shorted 2 fillets. We caught a salmon at around noon and had another bite that we lost. We then tried for halibut but the first spot was a bit dead. We signed up for a day but since he knew we wanted to catch a halibut so he stayed out for a bit longer than he had to. Right around the end of the day we caught a 58 pound halibut! Fishing is sometimes just luck if there are fish out there but when your captain wants to make it happen for you then it makes it a whole lot more likely. Kingsley was awesome.

When we've been there, the small tide pools the form are great for looking for small fish, crabs, and see in enemies. It's basically going to the aquarium in real life! It takes a little bit to get here as it's about 10 miles off the main road, but the roads are nice and it goes quick. There's a more standard sandy beach just around the bend, but it's a private area and runs something like eight dollars a person to go enjoy it. We were more keen to hang out on the rocks after finding out!

We saw orcas, sealions, and lots of birds. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I'd definitely recommend.
