I would give zero stars, but I can't. I went yesterday to Sally's in Garland and paid 2079+ $1.72 tax making the item total $22.51. When I came to the Wylie store brought the product back, they scanned it and gave me a discount. I signed it, and then they printed it out and gave it to me and I only got $16.79 credit plus $1.39 tax so total of $18.18 out of the $22.51. So they shorted me $4.33. So she calls corporate or whoever and gets transferred and they tell her that well it's very unlikely I'm gonna get the difference back since I already signed the the shortage and that her boss is not in until Monday. I will never purchase from Sally's ever ever again, EVER AGAIN . read more

I'm always greeted whenever I've walked in the store. The staff is ALWAYS very helpful. I have even had the same associates remember me from previous times I have shopped there and ask how my hair turned out. I often visit for hair color supplies. They've been very helpful in finding the right products and colors. Great selection availability as well. I have seen it very busy in this location and think they may need more help at times but they have never been unfriendly or rude. The bag policy was strange to me at first, and was customary to not receive a bag unless you asked for one, but I have also bought sustainable bags from them so I don't have to worry about a bag. :) Also my purse was large enough! This location is the only location in our area. I'm a frequent shopper here and a rewards member. The staff is friendly and helpful! Kudos to dealing with impatient customers because it can get busy, especially on the weekends and not everyone is patient or understanding. read more

I purchased a pair of Bayliss clippers on June 10th. There was NOT a sign saying no returns. After being asked to come back twice to talk to a manager I finally got to speak to her. They will not stand behind this product that is less then Professional quality. I could not even get through 1 cut. They have no power and the guards are so thin they bend while you cut. I reached out to Conair and they say the refund has to come from the store because it has not been 30 days. ALL HAIRDRESSERS AND BARBER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANY CLIPPERS OR TRIMMERS THEY ARE JUNK AND THEY WILL NIT STAND BEHIND THEM!! THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO PURCHASE CLIPPERS AND TRIMMERS!! Just walked out after spending ten minutes in the hair color aisle- employee looked at us twice and didn't speak to us, not even when she watched us walk out empty handed. We were afraid to ask for help because we assumed her lack of interest meant she might not have product knowledge and we didn't want to receive bad advice. I went from black hair to blonde and wanted to find the best way to do so without tearing my hair a part and the tips i recieved saved my hair a lot of damage. Knowledge able crew and very polite. The manger has been there for a really long time and can direct you to other stores if something they no longer carry is what your looking for. Get a Sally's card it's totally worth it-- 1.00 off here and there is always great. Now carry the Kardashian and line. They carry the most popular brands for black hair too. Altho they have a good ethnic selection for some things the beauty supply across the street (by big lots&Dollar General) has more black hair care varieties. read more

I am never coming back to this store ever again. I am a licensed professional and also have been in the service industry for 10 years prior to that. The two employees that I have experienced the last 2 times I have been in are rude, incompetent, and very short. I had my niece with me that mind you is only 8 years old and was about to use the restroom on herself and instead of just letting her use the "employee only" bathroom to avoid an accident we had to leave and try and make it to the closest place being 2 miles down the street. So needless to say that I will never be going back to this store ever I am repulsed at the employees that work here. Went in to buy some extensions, and neither of the two employees there could help me. I asked simple questions about the extensions and they could not answer them. Also, I was left by myself in the middle of asking a question because the employee just walked off. They made me feel stupid for the questions I asked, and also would just stare at me like I was an idiot for asking them (EVEN THOUGH THEY WORK AT A BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE) They were of NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Sally's Wylie associates, especially memorable was the kind lady yesterday at 2pm, are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Even with it being a small store, they always seem to have what I need.
