I bought hair dye at a grocery store and the light brown hair turned into.... red-ish orange-ish not-so-sure-what-color-it-is color, it was disgusting to say the least. I had a huge family reunion to go to that night so I was running out of options. I came here, and although it's not the biggest establishment, it has a lot of options available. They also have hair treatments which saved my orange hair. The girls that work here are very helpful and they can point you to the right direction. Customer service was great. They tell you they can't because it's policy. So they basically steal your money. Personnel was rude & condescending about it. And they only allowed us to test 3 perfumes. No more than that. Like, excuse me what? If I'm trying to buy a perfume from you, I expect to smell a good handful of perfumes-I shouldn't be limited to test 3 kinds. Ridiculous. I should also mention, the staff wasn't very helpful. There were several people, maybe 10 including my friend and I, who were all waiting for an employee to help out with testing the perfumes. And it's not that they were short staffed either. Because i saw 5 employees at least but they would go to the back for a while and then come back only to not be helpful. Do yourself a favor and go to Sun and moon perfumes if you're in search of a perfume. That's what we did, and we were not disappointed.
