Sally's can be found as part of the Walmart parking lot strip malls, and is a frequent stop for my girls and I. We like to properly maintain our hair as well as play with coloring, and we can get everything we need here. The staff know their way around the store and can guide you to great options as well as introduce you to new products on the floor. Last time I was in I picked up color for my beard and hair to mask some of the grey setting in. It worked a treat, but it's almost time for another coloring. The store is clean and the service is about what you would expect-giggling teens who are just burning down the hours. I do feel that there are some missing brands while there are plenty of hair extensions, this isn't the place to go if you are looking for wigs not of the "Paris Hilton" brand. read more

I will NEVER shop in any of the stores again. For Christmas my son bought me $168.94 in supplies, Flat iron blower dryer and hair supplies. He spent $93.99 just on a blower dryer. I took back $145.34. I go in and a young blonde girl helps me with my refund I give her the bag and the receipt for all the merchandise. I thought great this is going to be easy....NOT. First I have to supply them with the Club card member #, have no idea but after a few minutes I realize that it is under my son's girlfriend. I have to give them her phone # to bring it up. Then the girl says she doesn't think she has enough cash in draw to refund me. She calls up some kind of management, LOL and NOT. Normally I get names of people because unlike this store I do work in customer service, but I was so aggravated at this point I did not :(. The woman comes up and says store policy is a refund to the card used or you get store credit. I explained it is a gift and I want neither because who wants a $145.34 store credit.... Not me. The woman gets on the phone to call another person to see if they can just give me the cash(my son used his debit card weeks prior to my return). She says no, either return to card used or store credit. I say return it to his card then. They tell me they can't because they don't keep the cards on file, I would need the card used with me. Are you kidding... Nope they are not. So now I am calling my son at 1 pm who works 3rd shift to get his debit card #. Now it will be about 5 days before you have it in the account. Your store policy sucks. When it comes down to it they just wanted me to take the store credit even with a receipt in hand. I will tell everyone don't buy anything for anyone as a gift and make sure you want to keep what you buy. read more
