This is what the manager did to my sons new shoes after embarrassing me twice, was very rude, snatched items I was going to buy from me, and accused me of stealing when i was about to spend well over $200! This was one of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I've spent almost 350$ in four days at this store. The manager had the audacity to judge my character by saying I didn't use the hair dye I purchased because it wasn't all over my skin. Even though I brought both EMPTY HAIR PRODUCTS BACK. She wouldn't shut the hell up and kept assuming I was lying. I got a product from you that didn't work and I'm getting harassed for it because I wanted my money back. So you assume IM LYING!!!! I wouldn't of asked for my money back if your employee that sold me the product didn't tell me I could get my money back if I didn't like it or it didn't work. Very unprofessional I'm surprised she is still employed. I contacted corporate about this experience. You lost my business and I will spread the word of how unprofessional Sally's in Mcalester is.
