LOVE THIS PLACE, ever since I was little this place was always so clean and super friendly and as I got older I started getting acrylic nails and omg I can't get over how amazing they always turn out!! Now I will say it definitely depends on who you get when it comes to designs and what not but I highly recommend Stephanie and Sandy when it comes to designs! Everyone else is also very good and I have to call at least 5 days in advance to get a nail appointment because of how booked up they are, which is so worth the wait!! Also they are honest when it comes to nail designs, they let you know if they aren't able to do exactly what you want or even adjust what the design will look like and always run it by you first and make sure your okay with it which is sooooo important no matter what because it puts you in control and makes you feel like you can speak up and say something without feeling like a bother. I can't express how much I love Q nails and they never fail with designs, and overall care. Yes, it is a little pricey but what professional acrylic nails aren't? And compared to everyone else, it's pretty much all the same price, it just depends what your getting done. 10/10!!! read more

Didn't do a very good job. On my nails. I had them. Painted with gel polish and she did a quit and didn't do a very good manicure

For me my Diaughter in law and my granddaughters to get two pedicures one French nail and her nails painted and her toemails painted mind you she is only four it was 192.00!! Will not go back! read more

Everyone was very friendly, but my nails and toe nails are horrible. I think the girl that worked on me was new and I'm sure that's the problem. I don't mind someone learning in the shop, but I don't want to pay full price when my nails are already chipping and breaking 2 days later. I don't even have dip on the ends of my fingernails. So my complaint about this location is I requested the nail tech to wear gloves . She went to put on gloves and the manager told her to take them off . So let me say this I have went other places and they have used gloves . He approached me and said if I prefer gloves maybe I go to the other places in so many words . McAlester is very small and I am here for work so I will Never come back to this nail salon and would not recommend it due to the attitude and response . I will take my money elsewhere . The place smelled like crap in the bathroom anyway . Please do better . Wearing clothes does not interfere With doing a manicure . I do not recommend . read more

Well, i an excellent experience with my nails, they turned out fabulous. They are just how I wanted and no pain was experienced. my mom on the other hand had a terrible experience. She had a different nail tech then I had and it was like nothing she wanted. We showed both of our nail techs the same picture because we wanted to twin but the nail tech that did her nails did an awful job. She had so many complaints about her nail tech and she said she does not want the same person that she just experience. I do not know her name, but I do know that she did an awful job on my mom's nails. But the guy that did mine did spectacular. I love how they turned out my mom on the other hand hates hers. She was unsatisfied and her nail tech was very rude. read more
