If you go somewhere that is using a cold gel with the "Laser" I wouldn't recommend going there. This place uses a real laser machine. The results are actual. I have no hair. It's not painful and you return less often that other places. I wish I had known the difference between a real laser hair removal as this, and the not so effective treatments.
