She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with me as I expressed my skin concerns & what results I was looking for in cosmetics. She took the time to actually hear me and she was genuine in helping. Lexi was great at providing options with their pros and cons (for my needs) and for the first time in a long time, I am really happy with my purchases and excited to use them all. And even though I hadn't planned on spending the amount that I did when I first walked in, I feel good about it. One thing I wished was to be able to tip Lexi for all her time & help. Although she was super grateful, she said she couldn't accept. In this day where everyone is asking for a tip, even when they just grab something off a shelf & hand it to you, I was disappointed that I couldn't show my appreciation for true, quality service (time & effort) that was provided. I hope Lexi at least gets a commission. Now that I know she's there, I will go back for more since I want to re-do / update my cosmetic case. When I got to the item that was advertised out front, the price tag indicated the price was double what I expected... I still took it to the counter, assuming they forgot to add the discounted sticker to it. Sure enough, it was not ringing up at the discounted price. The gentleman helping me (Nicolus) looked through their adds and even went out front to check the Marquee for me before asking his manager to discount the item for me. The manager did not hesitate to honor the price and I was able to walk out with one heck of a deal.
