My experience was much more positive and recent, November-December of 2023. Upon arrival I found the facility to be clean and up to date. My initial impression was very good and my loved one felt at home when we arrived. He was extremely ill and needed more than occasional supervision, and that's exactly what he received. We felt blessed that he not only received top notch care, medically and physically, but that the staff truly cared. They quickly developed a deeper connection that helped keep him positive and motivated. I highly recommend Bermuda Village rehabilitation facility.

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and the receptionist was extremely helpful. I arrived on time and it took a moment to find out where they are located in the building since the signage isn't great. The podiatrists are located when you walk in the front door in the far left-hand corner of the building. Every person I've met, from the two aids that helped me and the actual podiatrist himself, were really lovely people. They were as gentle as could be and efficient. I highly recommend them.
