He also handled the permit paperwork with the city. Then, when I mentioned I needed some indoor signage for my mailbox and office door, he used the design I had already sent to create some sharp-looking but inexpensive interior signs that he came and installed. They all look very nice, and Dave was great to work with.

I honestly cannot say enough about MI Custom Signs and the way they treat their customers. This is…read moreexactly how you run a business and create lifelong relationships. Our daughter's hockey team was hosting a golf outing, and with everything going on between myself and the other volunteers, we completely dropped the ball and forgot to pick up the signs we had ordered. The night before the outing, while at the girls' hockey game, we suddenly realized no one had them. Panic set in. Out of desperation, I sent them a message on Facebook--fully expecting either no reply or, at best, a "sorry, nothing we can do." To my absolute surprise, within 10 minutes they responded. Not only did they reassure me, but they immediately offered solutions. While we were scrambling to see if someone nearby could grab the signs, they asked where we were--and when I told them we were at the game, they went above and beyond. They actually offered to bring the signs to us. After the game, they met me at my house and delivered them personally. I was floored. They easily could have said, "Sorry, we'll see you Monday," and I would have understood. Instead, they went out of their way, on their own time, to make sure our team was taken care of. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. What they did was not just customer service--it was genuine kindness, and it meant the world to us. They saved our event, and for that I will be forever grateful. I will recommend MI Custom Signs to everyone I know, and I will never forget how they stepped up when they didn't have to. Thank you again for your help, your understanding, and most of all your incredible generosity. You have truly earned a customer for life.

Ordered signs for the building where our rental property is located…read more We wanted to get a number that would be easily visible, but not too tacky. I am not sure why the original design was to put the condo unit on the door and in small font too. It's hard to read and make out even if you are sober. First trial was rough, numbers came in the wrong color. The vendor had to return and bring back the correct color numbers for the building. Signs look pretty good after the second try and successful install.

They gave me a quote for my design that I sent them and started to work quickly once I gave the go ahead. The people that I am here to write about are Jess and Rachel. Jess has responded to every one of my emails SO quick, and that is something that I greatly appreciate. I called today in a panic about failing my business inspection for something with the Zoning inspector about my pre-existing sign. Something that Rachel was not obligated by any means to help me. She said, I got you, don't worry, we will get to the bottom of this. She called the city of Warren for me, she talked to my inspector for me, she's calling on one more people tomorrow for me. This woman doesn't even know me but she took time out of her day to help me and I will forgive be grateful. She deserves so much and I wish we had more people like her in this world. I will recommend signs & more to everyone!!

Do not waste your money or your time…read more We hired Print Boys to install window decals for our medical practice and the experience was nothing short of a masterclass in incompetence. They came out to measure our windows themselves -- their job, not ours -- and still managed to misprint materials that didn't fit. Rather than communicate this before installation, they installed over a weekend with zero notice, put up incomplete decals missing an entire middle panel, and left our before-and-after display looking like an embarrassing mess. When we finally called to get answers (because they certainly weren't going to reach out), they had the audacity to blame us for having windows of different widths -- windows they measured themselves. I then had to pull time out of my own schedule to resize and resubmit designs to correct their mistake, and they still tried to charge us for the reprints. Let that sink in: they misprint, they ghost you, they botch the installation, and then they send you a bill. And if that weren't enough -- when one of our female employees followed up, they addressed her dismissively as "woman" and doubled down rather than showing an ounce of professionalism or accountability. That kind of behavior has no place in any professional exchange, full stop. This business operates with the accountability of a middle school group project. Bigoted, incompetent, and completely uninterested in making things right. We deeply regret ever giving them our business and would strongly urge anyone -- especially other medical or professional practices -- to look elsewhere. When called out on their mistakes, they whine and deflect like children rather than handle problems like the professional adults they claim to be. But then again, they're called "Print Boys" so we should have known...
