Go to a Verizon direct store. I can not believe all the things they have been charging me for after having spoken to Verizon through 611 on my phone. Even the Verizon representative was shocked and my account will be in the negative for over a year due to paybacks Verizon is giving me bc the Hinsdale store has overcharged me so badly. And do NOT trade in your phone with them!
