I quickly looked around (1st time at this place of business) and it seemed okay, but I could not stay in there. I don't know if it was the clothes left behind by someone or the place needed a deep cleaning. I used the big washer. As always I smelled my quilt when I took it out of the washer, it seemed fine. On my way back outside, I notice the green at the bottom of the door of the front loader I had just used. On a great note, the big dryer dried my quilt perfectly. I didn't need to add extra coins, that is a plus.

Matt always makes my carpet look like new, despite its age, lots of traffic due to my very active grandson with multiple friends, and now my newly adopted pooch. I would recommend Cherokee Carpet to anyone in need of carpet cleaning, even rejuvenation, and don't think anyone will be disappointed by the great service they receive.

After not hearing from them for two months in late June 2026 I went back in and ask them when I would be able to pick them up, where she told me they wouldn't be available until August 7th 2026. SO my simple request to move a belt loop on a pair of jeans will take 3 months seems a bit too much for me and my wife and so, I will go in today and retrieve my jeans and do business someplace else that can easily do simple request in a timely manner!

The last time I had a pair of very nice engraved cufflinks set disappear, and when I went back to ask about them, I politely inquired as to whether or not they might still have them, and could they look for them. I was treated rather rudely by one particular woman who raised her voice at me, and when I put it out that I was not angry. I just wanted to have them look for my cufflinks. They finally relented and did so. I did point out that she had been rude to me and while she apologized, I decided that I would no longer use their service. I also told them this. I was in business for over 30 years and if I had run my business like they ran their business, I would be out of business. I had no trouble with the quality of their work, their dry cleaning was good and I like their app. I just didn't think I was treated well the final time I went there. I no longer go there now.

I called Ozark Tech Repair one afternoon and explained my issue. The young man who answered my call was so helpful! I dropped off the computer later that afternoon. Less than 24 hours later I picked up the computer and I cannot believe how fast (and quiet!) it is running!! The amount they charged was very reasonable, too. I am very grateful for the quality and value of their service. Highly recommended!
