After searching online, I found "MCNEALY'S MOBILE FURNITURE REPAIR". With a lot of skepticism, I called but immediately was put at ease. Mr. McNealy carefully explained the entire process, the amount of time it would take, the costs involved, and answered all my questions. From beginning to end, this operation was professional, drama free, and the results were "breathtaking". The furniture was picked up in a beautiful van, carefully wrapped, and loaded by Mr. McNealy and his son. Today, I mostly experience individuals who don't know what they are doing, don't care, and/or not experienced in their craft. This results in paying money for a worthless outcome. Not so with this company. You are dealing with a man who has great character, exhibits wisdom, is professional, and works hard. And the outcome is 100% satisfaction. Additionally, they are the friendliest people you will ever meet. God Bless You Mr. McNealy. It's comforting to know that there is someone out there who can still deliver QUALITY and BEAUTY, and make it painless. I forgot to add he is always ON-TIME!!!

To make a long story short, the drawers did not have support when pulled out, furniture should have been sanded before staining and wood filler used. I said I wanted the tables to look new. The stain or paint started peeling four months later. I knew the chests needed a lot of work and I trusted the work would have been done to his and my satisfaction. I paid him the quoted price. I never asked for a partial refund. I learned my lesson that I can't go by posted reviews.

The chair had been in my family and passed down from my great grandma, so I really wanted a good quality job for such an important chair. I ended up picking Murphy's to do the job. I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Murphy's. I brought my chair to the store one morning where Tony gave me a quote on price and suggested I check out a discount fabric store for my chair in order to get a good deal. I picked out the fabric, dropped off the chair and waited with great anticipation for my reupholstered chair. It took maybe four to five weeks to get my chair back, but the wait was worth it! The detail of my chair is amazing and the cushion makes it feel like a completely new chair. If I ever need another reupholstery job again, I will definitely be back to Murphy's!

Staff don't know how to use machines when asked and unaware they are not working. No carts are ever available because the staff are using them. Working machines with loads of dried laundry sat for at least 2 hours, despite signs everywhere warning against this practice, while I was wheeling a cart full of wet, heavy laundry around trying to find a working machine. Loaded it in and out of 3 different machines just trying to find a working one. Finally gave up after I found one with a working card reader and put $9 on it for 80 minutes of drying time only for it to stop after less than 10 minutes. Slammed a cart over, jerked my stuff out, busted the cart out the door to where I had moved my car into the loading zone customers are apparently allowed to use as a parking lot, threw my still wet laundry into the hatch, kicked the cart across the sidewalk to the door and drove the extra distance to a decent facility.
