First and last "experience" in this theater after a nearly 3-hour Nolan movie that left me with a stiff neck. Either number the seats, or get rid of the armchairs that are completely unfit for an experience you're trying to sell as premium.
I'm okay with paying €18 for a superior audiovisual service, fine. What I won't tolerate, having paid that price expecting a "superior audiovisual experience," is being given seats where you view the screen from a side angle with your head completely tilted back because you're barely two meters away from a massive screen. If you don't want to assign seat numbers, DO NOT SELL tickets for spots that are anti-ergonomic, especially for long movies. Get rid of those armchairs and sell fewer tickets, but make sure the remaining ones meet a minimum standard of decency.
You can't expect people attending a 4:30 PM show to spend an hour and a half waiting in line under the scorching JULY sun just to "fight" for a good spot in the auditorium. I certainly wasn't willing to do that, and that's how I ended up with neck pain that's still bothering me the next day. That is not caring for your audience, especially one willing to pay €18 just for a movie ticket. Never again! read more
