I am no stranger to barber shop shaves and my home routine is using a double edged razor, proper cream, and a brush. What I got at Barbearia Oliveira was a terrible shave by someone who does not be in the job. He scraped back and forth multiple times forcefully across each area which has left my skin raw, inflamed, and very likely to have ingrown hairs. Seriously, WTF.

They had some great IPAs and some very good beers and ales. The shave was soothing and they use only a wet hot towel on your face to soften the hair follicles for a smooth and easy shave. Absolutely recommend.
