When I came back, it's nobody there, and 4 staff are chatting to one another in the commercial area. Customer service? 2 staff out of 5 desks or more present. Yes, it's August and Spain gets paralized.........but awful all in all. Last time I was there, I discovered I was being charged for 3 services that I never used or heard of in my life. Too bad really, will move to other service soon. Even worse reality is there'll all the same poor, pooor attention to customers.
