I just had the very unpleasant surprise to get a number for attendance for more than an hour after arriving in this shop! Dear, do something about that! When I came back, it's nobody there, and 4 staff are chatting to one another in the commercial area. Customer service? 2 staff out of 5 desks or more present. Yes, it's August and Spain gets paralized.........but awful all in all. Last time I was there, I discovered I was being charged for 3 services that I never used or heard of in my life. I would say it is the worst internet and phone service provider in the world. Once I had to move my internet from one house to another, it took a month to do, and now my internet is been down for 11 days and i have been calling every day to ask for a tecnician and it just does not come to fix it. How can it be a professional company I do not understand. It is also very expensive and does not live up to its worldwide known name. In spain its not working. I am extremely disappointed about vodafones inability to provide their service. read more
