He then texted me 6/6 asking when was a good time to come out only to no-show no call that as well. He then failed to respond to multiple texts. Called him again 6/11 and he said he'd be out that evening only to no-show/no-call once again. Called him again 6/12. Angel made a point of reminding me he had not provided a contract or itemized invoice for his services (which he offered a discount for, so he could later claim he had no obligation), then provided a litany of excuses why he hadn't fulfilled his promises to inspect the issue.
