This is a Sainsbury's.
- End Review -
Ok ok, I suppose I can muster up a few more words for this little shop, but at the end of the day, that first line rings true: this is a Sainsbury's... so if you've been to ANY other Sainsbury's, you basically understand the gist of this spot.
This isn't a big Sainsbury's. It's a little express shop that carries the essentials and that's about it, but living in Stockbridge, it's a handy spot to stop at on my walk home. They carry mini pots of Graham's Ice Cream and Lick Frozen Yogurt, which keeps me from eating entire pints of ice cream when my sweet tooth hits (yay) but their fruit is oddly higher priced than the big Sainsbury's down at Craigleith (boo). I don't actually think I've ever interacted with the staff, as I'm usually in and out in under five minutes, after going through the self check out, but i'm sure they are nice enough for people you talk to for less than 20 seconds...
So to summarize: this is still a Sainsbury's... and i'm ok with that. read more
