I sold my beloved Z28 to him a couple of years back. I was looking to sell to someone who would share the same love and respect for the vehicle that I had. In dealing with Stephen, he was honest and forthright about his love for the car. Most importantly, however, was the professionalism with which he carried himself, making the transaction go as smoothly as possible. He was extremely genuine, which can only lead me to believe that he would be nothing short of the same in regard to his own business. In closing, if I were looking for a home in the Winnipeg, MB, area, I wouldn't hesitate in calling upon Stephen and his wife for assistance in finding the perfect home for my family.

WE MADE IT!! WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOME!!!…read more Buying our first home was one of the biggest milestones of our lives, and we honestly couldn't have done it without Peter Paley at Dominion Lending Centres Mainstream Mortgages. A few years ago, we tried buying our first home through a traditional bank, and unfortunately, it didn't work out. Not only we could not get finance approved but the process moved at a snail's pace, communication was slow, and by the time we received the answers we needed, we had missed out on the home we wanted. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. This time around, we decided to work with Peter -- and the experience could not have been more different. Peter took the time to prepare our file thoroughly in advance, so when we finally found our dream home and had only 72 hours to satisfy our financing condition, he was ready. I called Peter and essentially told him, "Peter, this is our house. We love it, and I don't want to lose it." And he went to work. Peter worked days and late into the evenings, well past working hours, kept us informed throughout the entire process, coordinated everything that needed to happen, and got it done within our very tight deadline. But what impressed us most was that his service went far beyond simply getting our mortgage approved. Peter also made sure we were getting the best mortgage terms and financing conditions he could secure for us. His expertise, dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. We never felt like we were just another file on his desk. We genuinely felt like Peter was fighting for us and our family. Today, my wife, and I can finally say that we own our first home -- and not only just any home, BUT OUR DREAM HOME -- and we will always be grateful to Peter for the role he played in making that possible. If you're looking for a mortgage broker who is knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond for his clients, we cannot recommend Peter Paley highly enough. Thank you, Peter. You helped make our dream a reality!
