There were not this many upscale restaurants available back in the day but now they are a thriving front for restaurants and tourism. The sweat breads were among the best I've ever had. The Cowboy cut steak was done perfectly over a salt stone. The grilled octopus was also a winner at our table, grilled perfectly. All the dishes were done very well and nothing was even close to being bad or mediocre. The staff was nice and we enjoyed our dinner very much. Their team even gave us complimentary drinks at the end of our dinner. Definitely a place to go back to when I come visit again.

Had a ribeye the first night with the papas soufflé it obviously didn't disappoint because we returned again during the week and had the filet over salt cooked with gin and marrow, all I can say is WOW!! Monte was a great server, so good in fact that we requested him on our return trip. He was extremely patient with us non Spanish speakers and did a great job making sure we got everything we wanted, he even made us his special sauce for the papas soufflé (definitely try this)!! If you're looking for an excellent steak while in SLP definitely stop here and ask for Monte to take care of you!!! I noticed a previous review about not being able to split checks, Monte took care of this for us without any issues. Maybe you have to have the right person helping you out?

I would definitely return if I was back in the area, and highly recommend to anyone who hasn't had the chance to eat here.

This was an early birthday dinner for my 98yr old grandmother. Upon arrival we were asked about our…read morereservation in which we informed that we had reserved for an inside table. They let us know that the table that was originally reserved was for the " terrace" . We let them know that because of my grandmother, we couldn't be outside. Their terrace isn't what you would expect for a terrace they call it that because they have the sliding windows open. They were kind enough to close them before we got to the table. This is where they went the extra mile they set up the heater close to my grandmother and they provided her with a small blanket for her legs. The ambience is nice not too loud. The food was really good. Good flavors, good portions. I will be honest, the potato soufflé it's not good. Idk if it was that they left the plate out to wait for all the others that the cheese was cold, hard, and chewy. The potatoes were thinly cut that you couldn't taste the potatoes. Other than that side portion everything was delicious. Highly recommended just make sure to reserve ahead of time to ensure a good table.
