I ordered the Chinese cabbage with shiitake mushrooms main course, which came with a bowl of white rice. I asked the friendly waitress that instead of soy sauce if the chef could cook my dish with minced garlic and very little salt and oil, and the food was very nicely done and exactly what I wanted tonight. I wish I had a bigger appetite as the restaurant seems to have a very good Szechuan dishes selection, so if I visit Turku again in the future I will come again with a bigger appetite!
