My review is only based on my experience calling the office. I work in a primary care office and I…read morewas calling to simply request an NPI number for their facility. I asked for this so that I could enter their information into our system to send them a referral for a patient of ours. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. With attitude she asked, "well why do you need an NPI?" "Who is the patient?" I gave her the patients name and she responded with, "well why does he even want a referral he has never been here before?" I then explained why we were sending the referral and she then asked, "well who is the doctor requesting this?" I gave her our doctors name and then she finally gave me the NPI number and said it so fast that I had to ask again for the last four digits because I did not catch it the first time. I am not sure why giving an NPI was such an inconvenience this number is simply used to identify a health care facility or provider. I am sure the actual physical therapists/trainers in the facility are great however the first point of contact was unpleasant. I believe her name was Billi. Again this review is not based on the team as a whole.

They had multiple sizes to choose from and the process of renting and returning was easy. They canisters are old and used and can be tricky to open because of this. However a great deal especially if you forget to bring one to your campsite which you need to have one in aspen.

CLEAR CONSCIENCE Thought I'd give fly fishing a try back in…read moreApril and bought some gear for our Canadian camping trip. I bought a nice Simms vest, Wader boots and Reddington waders. A few days after the purchase I noticed they didn't charge me for the vest. In good conscience I called and paid over the phone. Turned out we were way too busy mountain biking, hiking, and enjoying our travels. To add to the delay, my father died and we hade to get back to Colorado to manage his estate. I finally got to try out all this fishing gear in August. To my disappointment the waders leaked massively. Ugh! Wished I'd have water tested them back in April! Obviously the seller knew they were JUNK and was NOT forthright with Ragged. I tried to return them yesterday and the English accented clerk was delightful. She called the seller and he apparently declined the return, stating it had been too long. Apparently this seller peddles lots of gear there. The friendly clerk defaulted to this corrupt sellers decision. We left very dissatisfied and said they could just dispose of the waders. To which the accented clerk snidely said they would recycle them...hmm? At least I have a a clear conscience about paying for goods they forgot to charge me for. One can only hope others don't fall prey to this Unconscionable dynamic duo! Beware!!!

We fished the Fork and the Colorado; 2 very different types of water and we caught the end of the Drake season on the Fork and was able to fish dries the entire day which was definitely a huge treat. I have been a fly fisherman since 1987 and have had more guides than one can count. I have fished the stretch of the Colorado between Glenwood Springs and Silt more than once but this was my first first experience with Chris. Other guides will fish what is typical for big fast river fishing...tight to the bank, slicks, those typical places where the trout should and do live. But not the big ones! We caught more than we could count and more got away than we could count as well. We were exhausted at the end of the 3 days. He works hard; he knows where his fish are; and if he doesn't think a particular pool has been productive enough, he'll row back up and we'll do it all over again! In other words, he gives you a full days worth of work. He has a great style that works well with the experienced as well as those who need to be coached. I thank Chris for working with me on my "pause". And most importantly, he wants to catch fish and wants to make his customers happy. His boat is comfortable and clean. And the only room for improvement if there is any are his lunches...I didn't like the curry chicken wrap (but that's just me). This guy is a star! We will fish together again.
