10/10 EXPERIENCE AT THE VITAMIN LADY ATLANTA!…read more I finally went to The Vitamin Lady and I honestly had an AMAZING experience! I arrived around 11:30 AM, put my name on the list, and was told to come back around 12:30 PM. So yes, I waited about an hour, but everyone in the shop was SO nice and welcoming! I was the first one called for the blood test, which was $25. She takes your blood, tells you your blood type, and gives you a sheet explaining foods they recommend eating and avoiding based on their program. After that, there was about a 20-minute class where she explained their approach to blood types, personality, nutrition, and different foods. They also have alkaline mineral water ($25) and SO many different juices for things like digestion, inflammation, skin, heart, liver support & more! (6 for $25) Overall: 10/10 I had such a great experience and would definitely recommend checking them out to my friends and family! Just keep in mind that blood-type-based diet recommendations aren't strongly supported by scientific evidence, so I'd treat the nutrition guidance as general wellness information rather than medical advice.

Wish this information was communicated on their site before. I had to wait about 1.5hrs to get the test done. Once we were able to enter, you are given a blood kit. The vitamin lady completes the test and advises you of your blood type. You are given paperwork on the food that are good for you ajd the foods you should avoid. The vitamin lady then provides information on each blood type and also how your blood type plays apart of your personality. They also have waters, vitamins, creams, juices, salads, soup ajd wraps for purchase. Overall, this was very informative and I would recommend.

If you prefer a more holistic approach to eating, drinking, and overall self care, this place is absolutely worth visiting. They had an impressive selection of products, from wellness drinks and healthy snacks to skincare, body care, and oils for skin and hair. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. One of the main reasons I stopped in was for sea moss, and they had great options available. I also picked up some healthy snacks while I was there and was not disappointed at all. I was only visiting the area, but this is definitely a store I would return to. The only downside was timing. I wish I had more time to browse because I had to rush in and out as they were close to closing. Their hours are something to be mindful of if you want to take your time exploring everything they offer. Parking was very easy since they have their own lot connected to the store. Because it was midweek and close to closing time, it was not busy at all, which made for a calm and easy shopping experience. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone looking to support their wellness journey with quality, holistic products. I just wish I had more time there and will plan better next visit. As far as pricing point, I would say it is you know comparable to a Whole Foods or a sprouts so if you are more of a bargain shopper, this may not be ideal for you although some things were priced well like some of their skin care I felt like you know may have been definitely compared to like market value.

I actually did better just cutting it completely out. The drops added to my cat art Cherry drink didn't have a taste. The Berry shots were not as good as I would have preferred. Service on my order was delayed, but they kept me updated. The owner wrote a cute note inside. She's sent emails out after but the email claiming they "missed me" and hoped I would reorder about 2 days after I received my shipment didn't feel authentic. It may work for many, but personally I felt like I fell for the hype of this company. The packaging is cute tho.

The owner co-hosted an event that highlighted a THC drink called Teazy. It was invite and RSVP only. There was education and tastings that helped to inform guests about the benefits of THC/CBD for women's hormonal balance and brain function instead of alcohol. Afterwards, we mingled and did some private shopping around the store. I spent about $80+ on Teazy, mushroom gummies, and lavender syrup for my beverages. There is a vast range of products and options beyond a package store serving liquor/alcohol bcos this is a NON-alcohol business, hence the catchy name "Soberish". Get it? Cute! You don't have to sacrifice the taste in your mocktails. Tons of options. I will be back!
