My wife had a Nice risotto with seeds and I had the Dorade which was prepared in a butter sauce, came unaccompanied but tasted really great. There were quite a few locals at the place, always a good sign although Brindisi isn't the most touristic place after all. My desert, a local gelato specialty, was not really a hit, but couldn't take away the great memory of that fish. I'd go back just for that.
