I spoke with several people at the Pharmacy, all of whom were very polite, including the Pharmacist Nina. I was hoping to have some OTC meds set aside for a relative attending the NOLS WEMT course and Nina was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating - walking me through what meds might be needed based on various symptoms, allowing me to pay for the meds over the phone, and making arrangements to set them aside for pick up. If you have any Pharmacy needs while in Lander, I urge you to go to Palace Pharmacy. Their customer service cannot be beat!

I was ultimately forced to disclose private statuses before medication was dispensed. This disclosure was NOT clinically necessary and caused distress, humiliation, and delay of care. I believe this constitutes unprofessional conduct and discrimination. This has happened two times, causing me to get my meds from an online pharmacy, however still need certain meds to come from Ridleys if they are needed right away. DESERVES A ZERO!!!
