New Staff is Caring, Attentive and as Fast as possible in a busy, small, town pharmacy!

Horrible service, rude uncaring staff. Pharmacists never even acknowledge you. Find somewhere else!

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever had the displeasure of using! Not all, but a couple of staff members have been rude and uncaring to the customers who have to go there because its the only game in town unfortunately! I blame the management because they apparently dont care either and why should they? Also, whats the point of having an automated system if no gets or listens to it. We end up standing in line for 30 minutes(or more) just to be told they dont have it and will have to come back the next day because they are in too big of a hurry to get off work because why should they care care about sick people? Oh wait! Because its your job to care? God I wish someone would open up another pharmacy in this town! Im positive they would lose at least 90% of they're business. Everyone I've talked to never has a good thing to say about this place including doctors! read more

Pharmacy was horrid. Spent 20 minutes in line then to take my insuance info. That lady said now go back to that window. I did and the guy in front said werent you just here. I said yes but they are incompitent and why I left 21 years ago. Didn't get a consult so had to call the doctors office. read more

I'm just so blessed to have the Bisbee Pharmacy! I live in Douglas and I would rather travel to get the best service. All the workers are great at customer service. Many times my doctors or insurance have messed up on the prescriptions or coverage and the pharmacy staff go above and beyond to take care of situations so I don't have to. This is very important for someone like me that is very ill. Craig and Jocelyn and Pauline have always thought of me as a person, not just another number. I don't know how to express my gratitude because they deserve more than just a nice review. Thank you so much for helping me every month and sometimes more times a month. Th staff at Bisbee pharmacy are fantastic! They're informed, helpful, friendly and do their best. In my opinion you couldn't get better people. The people on the front line are catching all the grief and they're the ones busting their guts to provide excellent service. They are expected to provide service without error and are also expected to work non stop. If you want to voice a grievance, I would encourage it to be aimed at others than the pharmacist working their back side for us. Maybe Safeway could enlarge their pharmacy to cope with the over whelming demand? BE NICE TO YOUR PHARMACIST. We are lucky to have them. read more

Really really rude and flippant. Also was uninformed, which caused a wasted trip there/back. What could have been amiably explained and communicated, was treated as not a priority, which caused another day without needed medication. Hopefully Bisbee will open a darn pharmacy soon. These guys are very unprofessional, slow and rude. read more

If you can avoid filling your prescriptions here, DO IT. This is the worst pharmacy in Cocise County. I turned 2 prescription in on 4/10 @ about 6pm i was told they would be ready on 04/11 @ 10 am. Came in at 11:30 and i had ro wait an additional hour for them to fill it. This Pharmacy is poorly managed and for lack of a better word "THEY SUCK" avoid the headache and get your meds somewher else!!!!!!!! read more

This pharmacy is totally understaffed and mismanaged. If they would hire somebody to answer the phone and call people when their prescriptions are ready or there's a problem,(have to order meds.,need insurance approval,need refills from Dr. etc,it would run so much more smoothly. People wouldn't have to wait in line 3 times just to get one prescription.,and thus keeping them happy so they play nice. read more

They have great difficulty with most everything. Ask for a flu shot, and you may or may not actually get the correct shot. Happened to us.

If you like slow prescriptions doled out by a never ending stream of unfamiliar pharmacists who appear to hate their jobs and only find pleasure in being rude to people who are suffering, this is the spot. Closer than Douglas or Sierra Vista -- that's it. I hadn't walked out the door from being told 24 hours wasn't enough time to wait for my prescription when an automated message called to say my prescription was ready. Of course, it wasn't really. I'm sure they got a laugh out of that. read more

This pharmacy is the worst possible example for customer service. When they make an error, they blame the doctors, other pharmacies, the insurance companies, and the patient. After issues with my grandparents, parents, and myself. I finally decided to file a complaint with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy to hopefully protect future patients from this pharmacy's errors and behavior. read more
