The wheel bearing on my nieces SUV started failing about 10-miles outside of Raton, NM and got drastically worse by the minute. With ~4 mile to Raton we hit the flashers and crawled along the shoulder about 5-mph until we reached his shop. We were an unexpected repair to add to his already booked calendar, but he was able to fit me in after verifying the parts store had what was needed. In about an hour he had the car repaired and we were on the road again to make the delivery. He and his team didn't have to take on the extra work, but he knew we were in a bad situation we couldn't control and he was able to fit me in. You took an extremely stressful situation and literally made it go away. We are EXTREMELY grateful and can't thank you enough for getting us back on the road.
