Their opening hours are a little restrictive, it's day times only and they close at 4pm on a Sunday and 6pm most other nights. The fourth star is for the staff, I turned up around 4:30 on a recent Sunday thinking they were open until 5pm and I was let in so I could retrieve a few bits and bobs. It's all clean, professional and secure and I like them. They would get 5 stars if they were open to something sensible like 10pm.

There have been serious health and safety concerns In public areas were Brocken plug sockets has been seen dated on the 18/10/2019 and can be easily used by the public with no signs or remedies to fix this or "'NOT FOR PUBLIC USE" signs in place, as I reported it to a member of staff on the 20/10/2019 . On reporting this they have made no effort to fix the socket or to cordon it off or even put a written sigh stating the conditions of use as so the public cannot use it. I have more concerns as a month has passed and nothing has been done to fix the fire hazard I have taken photos dated on the 16/11/2019 concerns of this as at the beginning of this year there was a fire at another storage unit in Croydon were the whole storage building burned down to the ground with everything lost people business products and belongings form home was destroyed although the items might have been insured it was a great inconvenience for all involved and as a business owner I would not like to store my products or home items in some were not safe for neither customers, staff or my business and home items in somewhere that is not safe at the same time I have been looking for a long time for some were safe to store my business products. I feel the business services that access provide and myself have been let down considerably by your management at this point. they are also accusing people of sleeping in the units and taking their money in advance then giving them 7 days notice.
