The principal was consistently unpleasant and unapproachable, making communication very uncomfortable for both parents and students. What's even more concerning is that I've heard countless similar stories from other families who've dealt with the same treatment including being spoken to rudely or unfairly judged. It's unfortunate, because the school itself could have great potential, but leadership sets the tone and in this case, it's been far from positive. I truly hope the administration takes these ongoing concerns seriously and makes meaningful changes for the sake of the children and their families.

My overall experience has been immensely pleasing. I feel that all of the capstone's staff truly cares about every student and takes time to learn what's best for them and customizes their learning experience. Capstone in addition has great leadership, Mr. D and Mrs Zandra often create activities to establish community gatherings. For example, not too long ago the new mayor of Ocala visited capstone academy and shook my daughter' s hand an experience my daughter would not have been able to have if it wasn't for capstone. I also want to give a special thanks to my daughter's teacher, Miss Della in almost a year, my daughter has educationally improved by leaps and bounds. She takes time not only make sure my daughter is understanding the lesson, but also retaining the information ,this is huge plus in my book. She is truly an amazing teacher! I noticed on a weekly basis my daughter is learning something new and I am very happy to see that. I do not feel respected for the many years of teaching I possess. The principal came from Queen of Peace Middle School in Gainesville FL (2021) - one should research the reviews from that time. There is favoritism for athletes, including requests to change grades that are not earned. This has proven to be a detriment when students go on to college on sports scholarships and academically fail in their first semester. In my opinion, one should look elsewhere to be appreciated.

I actually left to join Golds. My issue is when I left they called several times trying to get me to renew. I told two different people I had joined another gym and they kept calling. I finally blocked the number to this location. So then they started calling me from the 36th ave location. I told them I wasn't renewing and to stop calling. Guess what, they kept calling so I had to block that number too. It started to feel like harassment. That's the main reason for one star. Harassing me aside I would give them 2.5 stars.

She's friendly, caring, patient, encouraging and knowledgeable in the world of dance. Rachel has been our instructor and she's WONDERFUL as well! Rachel is fun, a great listener, quick on her toes, very patient and incredibly caring. They both teach just differently enough to pick up tips from different views. The studio is clean, large enough for dancing, safe, very welcoming and has a great sound setup.
