Terrible services. Katie fell asleep during one session. She just plays board games, does not even ATTEMPT to start conversations with the child/parent. If I could give 0 stars I would. Pretty sure she illegally bills Medicaid/other insurances. Refuses to provide parents with information they are legally entitled to. The office is dirty, and she acts like it's an inconvenience if you're the last appointment of the day. She also has a ""therapy dog"" that is clearly not trained at all, barks and jumps all over "patients" she is more concerned about the dog during sessions than your child. It's not surprising at all to me that she/the office does not have a google listing, to make it more difficult to leave a review. Looking at her resume it's no surprise she was not able to maintain a job for very long and had to open her own business. So she does not have to be held accountable for her terrible services.
