We recently hired Closing Contractor to do some electrical work in our condo. We couldn't be happier with the results! The electrician, Michael, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned everything up after he finished. We felt the price was very fair for all the work that was done. Closing Contractor is the only company we will use for any future electrical needs. They also do roofing, painting, repairs, remodeling and renovations.... pretty much all general contract work (as the name states).

Brendon arrived and fixed the hot water heater as requested. The heater began to leak the following…read moreday which could be a heater defect. The issue I had was that Brendon was non responsive to my requests to fix the issue. Additionally, I had not received an invoice for the work completed to include receipt for the purchase of the heater. I left numerous text messages with no response and phone calls indicated my number had been blocked. Brendon answered my call when I called from a different number. Brendon was able to cash my check but was too busy to provide requested documentation of my service call. I would have paid Brendon to come back out to fix the issue with the heater but I was so disappointed in his lack of follow through and common decency in communication with a customer that I would not recommend him to anyone. This is not how you operate a business.
