I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Bluffton Cleaning…read moreover the three appointments at my 1900+ sf single story home. During the first visit, I paid for a deep cleaning as well as an additional fee for exterior window cleaning. Unfortunately, the results were very poor, leaving me with noticeable streaky windows. Regarding the second visit (general housecleaning), owner Autumn and one other person cleaned for only 1 hour and 15 minutes. I overheard that the jobs finished over an hour early, yet I was still charged the full price. Most recently, for the third (general housecleaning) visit, Sasha was sent alone and stayed for only 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I was again charged full price of $170. I have attempted to call on several occasions to discuss these concerns regarding the pricing and quality of work, but my calls have not been returned. At this point, I find the quality of cleaning to be poor, service to be over priced and the lack of communication unprofessional.

As an RN she has standards that are high and hard....very hard to meet. Angela always has a list of what she needs to Do and make sure that all of it gets done. The quality of her work is always excellent and five star and any special requests are honored, I think that her business has given me tremendous value at all times and I really suggest it's nice to actually have the person who owns the business. Take care of the services that you are purchasing. I travel regularly and I need extra care for certain things that I normally take care of when I'm in town, and Angela takes care of those as well as taking care of my house inside And outside. Angela is great to communicate with and returns calls or text within a few hours or even less time. If you need to change your appointment time, she tries to work with you to accommodate you all the time Dan is Angela's husband, and he has been taking care of all of my electrical work over the years, and I am so excited to have extra 20 amp circuit in my garage and have my TV and all the cords put in the wall. I also needed to put a fan on my dining room ceiling and he changed out the box that came for the regular chandelier to the higher weight type box to accommodate the weight of my ceiling fan. It's wonderful to work with a business that is local and has such great reviews from all their customers. I recommend them highly and I know you'll be happy you use them
