The company recently called to check in with us and my husband told them we were happy with the installation. The only thing was the gas line that had to be dug had somewhat sunk in and so had a hole. They sent someone out immediately to fill it in. It really wasn't a big deal, but how good was that of them to care enough a month later? Best money I've spent in awhile.

Not very impressed with their business. They came highly recommended by a friend, but I would never…read morerecommend them to anyone. This work was done last year. They had to have a down payment to hire the backhoe (1st wrong thing I did.), and had to push back the time to come do the work because the rains were frequent then. Once it dried out enough to do the work, my yard was still destroyed and it took several calls to get them to come back to the house to cover the pipe and at least even out the mess they'd made in the yard. I didn't want to write anything until recently when my sewer stopped up again. It seems that when you pay someone $1200.00 to lay a new line, the sewer shouldn't stop up within the year, but it did. I'll never use their service again, even if I'm seen floating in my back yard!
