We had a wonderful experience with Safari Kid. What impressed us most was their incredibly warm and friendly staff. They made a real effort to accommodate our needs and limitations, which is something we truly valued and don't often see in similar places. Most importantly, our son genuinely enjoyed going there every day. He was excited to arrive, and sometimes he didn't even want to come home after a full day. The communication was just the right amount, and we always felt that he was in good hands. Highly recommend Safari Kid as a daycare or preschool! Special thanks to Miss Pooja and Miss Kruthi. read more

After only touring the facility, I will let you know what I witnessed. 1. The facility is dirty. From the floors, walls and the bathrooms the children use. I cannot imagine what the kitchen looks like where they prep the snacks. The paint was noticeably chipping off the walls and floor molding. It is not kept up like many other facilities in the area. 2. The outdoor play yard has minimal shade. They do have sun sails up but they do not provide proper shade for the children. 3. I didn't see any children smiling or having fun when we looked into the 2s, 3s and 4s rooms. It was a quiet room, but not in a good way. 4. There were many other safety concerns but the main issue I saw that needs to be addressed was that there were clear wall tacks used on the hallways to hold up art and other things. Toddlers walk the halls and it's a huge safety hazard to them. Tacks always fall off walls and it just takes one toddler to toss it into their mouth in a split second. Using tacks and tapes on the walls is definitely not to code and a violation of safety standards. 5. They are planning on adding infants to the room that has children up to age 2. I haven't seen this done anywhere else. It's a health and safety hazard to have infants with 2 year olds. Do not send your infants here. 6. This was the least racial diverse facility I have toured. It might not be a deal breaker for some, but it is definitely something to consider as it is something to give most parents pause. 7. While the lady who gave the tour was nice enough. She mainly walked me to the rooms and set me down in her office and asked if I had questions. She didn't tell me about their curriculum, enrichment opportunities, ratios, or what makes them stand out against the many other preschools in the area. Perhaps it's because they do not. I am surprised parents send their children to such an expensive facility that is lacking. Parents should do surprise visits to check on the wellness of their kids here. Visiting this place made me so sad for the children who are stuck in these rooms all day-- especially the room with the 2 year olds. read more

We absolutely love this school! Our daughter started here in preschool, and our son joined the after-school program when he began Transitional Kindergarten. From the very beginning, we've had a wonderful experience. One of the things we appreciate the most is how excited and happy our kids are to go to school every morning. As a parent, that says a lot! The teachers are warm, welcoming, and truly care about the children. They take the time to know each student and support them in every way possible. The campus is beautiful and well-maintained, with a large playground where kids can run, play, and just be kids. There's a great balance between learning and fun, and we've seen so much growth in both of our children--academically, socially, and emotionally. We've been part of this school community since the Covid years, and it's been many years now. We've always felt safe, supported, and connected. The staff handled everything during those challenging times with so much care and responsibility. The school also hosts fun events and celebrations that bring families together, which we love. We truly feel like this is a second home for our kids, and we're so thankful for the nurturing and enriching environment they provide. Highly recommend Safari Kids to any family looking for a place where children are truly cared for and thrive! read more

We absolutely love the school. The teachers take really great care of the kids. The curriculum is also great

Our child has been attending Safari Kid Dublin Positano for the past 2.5 years, and it's been a wonderful experience. The communication has always been clear and consistent--we've never had to worry about being out of the loop. Most importantly, our child has felt completely comfortable and happy with the teachers from the very beginning. Their care and attentiveness have made a lasting, positive impact. Highly recommend! read more

We've had such a positive experience with Safari Kid! The transition to potty training was handled so smoothly -- the teachers were kind, consistent, and supportive throughout the process. What stands out to us is how well Safari Kid blends structured learning with plenty of play, outdoor time, and creative crafts. Our child eats better now too -- thanks to their healthy snack options and good food habits they reinforce. The daily photos they send are the highlight of our evenings -- it's wonderful to see our child happy, engaged, and thriving. read more

We love the school from the staff, to the facilities and the experiences they bring the kids. When first deciding the place for our 1st born we were quite impressed by programs they had and facilities that they are in. Over time we continue to be impressed with the teachers want for growth for all the kids. We love the seasonal dances, the videos we get regularly and weekly updates to know what the kids are learning. Highly recommended. read more

Safari kid is one of the best school in East bay . Their team is highly dedicated and caring towards the children . My daughter goes there from a year and so . She is super happy excited to go and learn everyday . I find the staff very supporting in nurturing the kids while the kids are developing their emotional social skills as they grow.Never the less they also focus on academic by offering fine motor skills , exploring different activities, outdoor play , that boosts their confidence and physical activities . Being a mother/ parents the most important thing that we always look for is hygiene and this school has maintained the standard . I feel it's important to warn parents of children with special needs to avoid this place. Before enrolling my son, I was very clear that he has ADHD and asked whether they had strategies or experience to support children like him. The staff assured me they did, which gave me confidence. But after just one single day, they called to tell me he should be pulled out, and during that call they admitted they are not trained for these situations and are currently understaffed. If that's the truth, they should have been honest from the start, not mislead us into believing our child would be supported. And if they are understaffed, they should stop enrolling more kids until they have the enough capacity to care for all the kids. What shocked me most was how quickly they gave up on my kid, without even discussing possible ways to support him. This is not a school, it's a business that puts convenience and profit above everything. With so many families on the waitlist, they clearly feel they can discard any child who requires extra patience. Children with ADHD, or any special needs, deserve patience, understanding, and time to adjust. I can understand it may be hard for those without experience or knowledge to know how to support them, but that only makes it more critical for programs to be honest about their limits. If your child requires even the slightest bit of extra care, do not come to this place. They are not equipped, not capable, and will waste your time while hurting your child's confidence. Families deserve far better. read more

Our son has been attending Safari Kid for a year now. Over this time, i have seen him become much more expressive and vocal. We are super happy with the progress our child has achieved Some points we'd like to highlight include the following: * We love the daily update on the procare app which shows photos of the kid during the day engaging in various activities. The app is very convenient when communicating with the teachers. * The staff is incredibly friendly and communicates with us effectively, always keeping us in the loop. They were so supportive during potty training, making the process much easier for us. * They have a nice big outdoor play structure where the kids get to play in 2 times a day. * Very clean environment * They have fun-filled summer every year with fun summer themes. We highly recommend this school to any parent looking for an amazing quality school for their child. read more

Great pre-school in a very convenient location. The Montessori curriculum is well curated, focusing on soft skills as well as academics.

We were looking at multiple options to send my daughter to a pre school in dublin. When we looked at the setup Safari kids have it really checked all marks, good place, open spaces in the classes, good lighting, staff and teachers were really welcoming, curriculum was also on par with other schools. After 2 years of the experience, i can say we were so happy that we made that decision. My daughter is happy every day she goes to school, the activities in the school are really engaging and i can see she has really grown emotionally, socially, academically in those 2 years. There is good engagement with parents, events at school that keep kids engaged. I would highly recommend safari kids to anyone looking for a safe and secure environment for their kids to study. read more

My daughter had her baby shower at this venue. This place is perfect for any event. From the outside it may not look very big, but it is pretty cavernous inside. Chandra, the owner, was so welcoming and kind throughout the whole process. He made the everything so easy. They provide set up and have options of hiring their team for decorating and anything else you need. Everything is available for your event to include a play area for kids. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Chandra for helping us to have such a beautiful event for our whole family. We will definitely be having all of our bigger events there. read more

Overrated and overpriced place. We sent our 5 year old son for a few months, but did not like it at all. There are other pre-schools and after-schools in the same area that don't charge sky high rates and provide better quality of education and care. read more

Our 3 yr old son has been going to Safari Kid School for 5 months and we have been extremely impressed with the school, the admin (Ms Gagan, the Director, is very good, approachable and responsive), all the teachers (Ms Ravali, Ms Miti, Ms Moushami to name just a few). Each and every teacher exudes such a passion for what they do and they each have such a welcoming demeanor. Every teacher seems to know every child's name, and always welcome them with so much love! Our son has a very cautious personality and each teacher has approached and gotten to know him in a way that makes him feel comfortable (and also puts us at ease!).. It has been a great opportunity for our son to socialize in a safe and comfortable environment. I really wish I had discovered Safari sooner.. I love that the school is structured with both free play/exploration and also with organized group learning circles. It is a large and clean facility with good safety protocols. One of my favorite things about Safari Kids is that we receive a weekly email update (end of week) with pictures and details of all the learning and fun activities their week was filled with! They also use the ProCare app so its very easy to get in touch when required. We always know that our son is taken great care of here, and definitely recommend Safari Kid School to any parent evaluating their options! -Sushmita read more

Safari Kids has an amazing summer camp program! Themes every week. Cooking classes that are easy and fun for the kids. They even have on-site field trips every Friday where they hire petting zoos and magicians or rent out water slides! My 5 yo daughter loved it here and still talks about it! Unfortunately, we moved out of Dublin and I'm sad that I didn't discover Safari Kids sooner. The facility is spacious, new looking, and clean. The play ground has a nice play structure with sails to provide shade. They send out the weekly theme and activities before the start of each week, so you feel completely informed. Sheetal, the director, was very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend this school! read more

I'm so glad I found Safari kid for my daughter. The staff is great and the class structure was perfect for my busy 21-month old. The school sends you weekly updates and photos so you can see what your kid learned during the week. Drop off and pick up is very safe. Parents use an app to check kids in and out. Every child has a temperature check at the door, all staff and children over 2 years old wear masks. My daughter loved going here and her vocabulary and social skills blossomed while she was there. The only reason she no longer attends is because our family moved out of the area. read more

I wish I could give more stars. We have been sending our 6 year old and 3 year old here for almost 1 year and are absolutely impressed by the dedication and empathy of the teachers and the founders. The founders Mr Chandra and Ms Kiran go out of their way to do anything for the parents. I got laid off at work and after almost 4 months found work and so we couldnot pickup our daughter from her school and when I called and spoke to Mr Chandra he arranged for a special pickup person just for my daughter. The teachers that work here also very kind and soft spoken. I absolutely love this place and wish them a good luck in their business. read more

Amazing teachers, extremely caring and loving environment. My son loves his teachers. Really well planned curriculum with the right mix of academic and extracurricular activities. Great pre-school, my daughter has been enrolled since June 2021. Easy paperwork/registration and the administration was very responsive leading up to the first day. Every day since, the teachers and administration have been very attentive and responsive. We use a ProCare app. It makes communicating with the teachers and admin super easy and fast. We use it to sign our daughter in and out of school, and I think you can use it to pay tuition too but I just cut an old fashioned check. - The teachers are really sweet and loving. - The covid protocols are fantastic. The kids are safely spaced out and always masked. - The playground is new and nicely shaded. - I LOVE their weekly reports, it's incredibly detailed complete with photos. And sometimes they upload daily photos into the app. - Best of all, my daughter is learning a lot, b/c I ask her about the content after the weekly updates and she'll tell me more about what they learned, show me her ASL (sign language hand gestures), etc. - They did all kinds of fun activities like face painting, balloon twisting, magic shows and a petting zoo came! I dont know if this is b/c it's a summer program and if the regular school normally has all these fun activities but regardless, my daughter LOVES Safari Kid and my son who is in 3rd grade is super jealous of his sister and begs to attend Safari Kid. LOL - The only thing I'd love to see this school do is offer some Spanish classes (however, I think it's in their after school program for the older kids). - And when covid is more relaxed, I would love to be able to take advantage of their lunch program so I can stop packing lunches. They did offer this previously but with covid it's safer for everyone to bring their own food. read more

My 3 years old daughter recently started her school. As parents we were worried about her settling down in new environment especially after two years of covid where she has limited social life. But teachers and staff have not only taken care of my daughter but even us parents by keeping us informed about everything. As a parent - 1. I want to know how my kid is doing - they keep us informed about her progress. Teachers are very approachable through chat/messages. We as parents should be respectful of the teacher's time and hence should prefer chat option. 2. I want to see my kid in school - We get link to photos every Friday and believe me that is the most beautiful thing. Even my kid's grandparents wait for Friday photos which bring smile to all of us :) 3. I want to see my kid learn and grow - though it's just few weeks, we can see the growth in my kid. She has much better control in writing. She is becoming more social and most importantly her confidence is increasing. 4. Worksheets that my kid does - worksheets are sent home. 5. Celebrating birthdays, functions , etc - we have seen birthday celebrations and it is nice to see that teachers are making it so much fun for kids. My kid love these celebration. I believe they also celebrate all festivals. Really looking forward to them! To summarize , this is great place for kids to start their educational journey and this place is great because of amazing people managing it.
