Super cute set up, just wish I could have looked around a little longer until I got accused of stealing. Even after explaining that I had just grabbed a business card of an item that I was interested in and NOT the actual for sale item AND briefly showed the lady behind the counter the contents in my bag so she would chill she scoffed at me and continued staring at me and my friend while we tried to shop and browse. My friend later mentioned that she had been staring at us since we walked in. It ruined the whole experience and made us very uncomfortable so we left. Very disappointing I was really enjoying the first 5 min that I got to browse around for. Would consider going back if that lady wasn't behind the register next time.

Great, eclectic assortment, with different vendors sharing the same adorable space. I did not experience the loitering smokers one reviewer described on either day I was here, and both days the vendors covering the store were friendly and helpful, glad for my purchases without making me feel like I had to buy anything at all. There is so much to see, something fun at every price point, and I love supporting a co-op that allows vendors to have a storefront that would otherwise be too expensive. If I lived here I'd be here every week just to see what was new!

As described by another…read morereviewer: Shops on Llano is located in a beautiful old Victorian house and offers a nice mix of resale furniture and clothing, antiques and jewelry. Half the space is dedicated to clothes and shoes. Now folks, for the record, I do not like shopping for clothes in "vintage/resale shops" - it's too much energy for the hit&miss find. But as I was passing the clothing room, I spotted a jacket I loved. I asked the nice lady at the shop for similar items and with-in 10 minutes I had found 4 new items of funky/fun designer pieces at a fraction of their original cost. Wow! So happy with my new clothes: a reversible print jacket, a dress, linen overalls & a lacy, poncho top Stevie Nicks would wear. This place is a great compromise if members of your party want to look at clothes while you yourself are not such a fan. You might just spot something breezing through the store.

Since my last review, they have added a large paved parking lot next-door, where it used to be just gravel. Inside they have one of the largest used book/media sections you'll ever see in any thrift store. You'll also find every imaginable knickknack under the sun here for office home and hardware use. In the back room, there's bicycles, electronics, and furniture. The front of the store is given over, almost entirely to clothing and shoes. Still my favorite thrift store to come to in Fredericksburg.
