Brandin is a wonderful masseuse and offers a deep tissue massage with cranial sacral too. Just what I needed for my visit to Portland.

After a thorough review of the literature and available resources we chose Immersive Therapy and began our journey. We had a consultation with the chief physician and discussed the process. We worked closely together to design a dosage and focus for my session and she was there to guide and support me throughout. I found the experience to be tremendously rewarding and I can't thank Luna and the staff enough for their professional and caring service. They have my highest recommendation!

I recommend to anyone and everyone... that is seeking life advice or wants to make a change for the better (possibly) to contact their social worker, or other provider for a list to a place or location such as William Temple House. There are some parking spots nearby for people who are driving as well. I haven't received care here myslef... but, sometimes I have been outside when someone has been thankful to their counselor who is checking on them (has asked for a closing interview). I watched people outside with looks on their faces that are smiles because they've been helped by people who work at William Temple House. It was many different people over a few years before 2008.

Nichole, on the other hand, has been the first psychiatrist who did not make me feel like I was being judged or analyzed in a negative perspective. She treated me with dignity and offered more advice in one appointment than I've gotten in 2 years of trying to get help. Most importantly, she offered me non-RX resources to manage my life, get better at time management, balance hormones, and just learn to be the best version of myself. I am paying out of pocket, but I will continue to do so as long as is needed because she is just worth every penny!

She was unable to ID my autism and 5mos into my year with her I self-diagnosed, but she had no knowledge of how to adjust the meds I had been on from my previous psych's misdiagnoses for my new accurate diagnosis, sometime in there she stopped offering therapy sessions with no notice (was simply absent from the portal options one day) and now only offers 30min med checks, none of her referrals to adjunct providers were accessible to me as autistic which caused traumatic experiences and meltdowns after every one of those intake appt attempts, she had no decent resources ready to offer autistic adults with very late life diagnosis, and our therapeutic alliance broke down tomy loss of trust and I left, because no care is better than repeated trauma and no real support and an online portal that was so complicated for me I could never quite use it properly due to its configuration and rules not making sense to me. After you send 3 messages to her, with character limits, you are locked out of being able to contact her. I had to book an appointment just to write in the message field that I was leaving her practice and she could bill me for the message/appointment since that's what her message cap is all about, but that I would not be attending it because all I wanted to do was tell her I quit her services, which are few and not adequate if you have autism spectrum conditions. What a nightmare year while I had long COVID and next to no support. If all you need is a PMHNP to continue prescribing the same old meds and you don't need help with new developments requiring more from her, then she is a sharp provider and efficient and pleasant. If you need more, go to someone who offers more than upkeep of an old plan.

He presented himself as a psychotherapist, but is actually a social worker. When a traumatic memory triggered me during a session, Dave ended the session exactly at the 55 minute point, and I spent the next 4 days in deep pain. Dave was unavailable to help clear the issue with me, and didn't have any reserves of empathy or time. As to the faux-EMDR, I didn't find that moving my eyes robotically back and forth was able to shift any core issues, or maybe Dave just didn't articulate how it was helping. I didn't FEEL helped, but I paid for it. After I lost my medical insurance, and he went above and beyond to collect a $100 fee for missing a single appointment, which he'd failed to process on time under my insurance. So I came to understand what really motivates him, professionally. I will continue to tell everyone who asks, and maybe even those who don't, just how I experienced his professional conduct. It's weak and aspirational, and has no apparent substance or integrity.
