Doug Houston of Softwash Pro's was hired to softwash my home on October 19th 2023. After Doug…read morecompleted the washing of my house...2 outdoor ceiling fans were damaged and would not operate. I called Doug. Doug came back and tried the fans, Doug smelled the fans burning. The fans were turned off. Doug stated he did not want to make an insurance claim on the fans and assured me he would purchase and have an electrician friend install the replacement fans. Doug stated the fans would be replaced by Thanksgiving. Doug then proceeded to ignore texts and phone calls. I took Doug to small claims court in an attempt to get reimbursed for the fans. I won a judgment against Doug in small claims court. I still have not received reimbursement for the inoperable fans. It has been a nightmare. With all the reputable House Washers in the area....I would NEVER recommend anyone use Softwash Pro's or any other business run by Doug Houston. Doug is simply not a man of his word.
