Five huge stars for Coastal Wash and Walter my hero, this incredible man who transformed my filthy…read moretruck into a sparkling black diamond masterpiece. It was honestly a disaster before-think mud-caked nightmare-but he swooped in on time, armed with his own gear, including a proper hose because mine's a wild, holey thing that'd soak you silly in this chilly weather. He worked tirelessly all day, every corner gleaming: under the engine, on top, inside out, breathing life back into my baby so I could sell her for a premium on Bring a Trailer. He's so dedicated, he even coaches his son's soccer team (talk about a good guy!) My neighbor Trish saw the suds and begged him to detail their truck too so he powered through till dark on hers after he was done with mine. This weekend she and her man will go to the Auburn game in a sparkling clean truck! Professional, tireless, utterly admirable. He cleaned up after himself, great communication, polite, very professional. Walter's my forever go-to detailer. He is coming back tomorrow to wash my Mini Cooper and he does pressure washing, so I'm hiring him to do another job on my house. I highly recommended using Coastal Wash!

I called Doug. Doug came back and tried the fans, Doug smelled the fans burning. The fans were turned off. Doug stated he did not want to make an insurance claim on the fans and assured me he would purchase and have an electrician friend install the replacement fans. Doug stated the fans would be replaced by Thanksgiving. Doug then proceeded to ignore texts and phone calls. I took Doug to small claims court in an attempt to get reimbursed for the fans. I won a judgment against Doug in small claims court. I still have not received reimbursement for the inoperable fans. It has been a nightmare. With all the reputable House Washers in the area....I would NEVER recommend anyone use Softwash Pro's or any other business run by Doug Houston. Doug is simply not a man of his word.
