Never have l seen such poor care and total disorganized doctor in my life…read more Lung issues for years old doctor quit this guy picks up his patients,first visit for a test and rating, assistant starts giving me hell for not going to any x-rays,blood tests dr Lawson wanted,,no phone call or any communication was ever received from his office.Two hours of questions and waiting room before seeing doctor,he rushes in after test fail and sends me to emerg immediately.Hospital for a week had pneumonia, steroids etc.etc.Dr schedules phone appointment not sure why,to busy l guess,ok whatever.Tells me he doesn't think l had pneumonia even though antibiotics by the bag full and two exrays confirmed it.Says l am on the wrong puffers and gets my pharmacy to prescribe different ones,,he never calls pharmacy to order new meds. Now three months later and he has not phoned or contacted me,my family doctor has tried getting a hold of him and nothing.. My family doctor is now trying to set me up with a different lung guy which will take who knows how long,so thanks for absolutely nothing Dr Edward John Lawson,you are an ambarasment to your oath.

He has called several times to find that they either do not answer the phone or the results are not back in as of yet. We recently found out that Dr. O has left this practice and decided to call again this morning. My husband called and was told the results are not in yet, he asked if Dr. O was still there, and was told no. The receptionist finally said the results have not been read, and that he would have to get them sent to another clinic to be read and then was hung up on. I am not sure how this is morally responsible to hang up on your clients and or not try to help them. He will not be visiting this practice again as clearly the staff are much too busy to do their job correctly and efficiently and certainly do not care about their clients.

There also seems to be a lack of basic courtesy, such as greeting patients and their family members respectfully. I'm especially concerned about patient privacy. In the ER and overflow areas, I have witnessed doctors and nurses discussing patients' medical information loudly enough that other patients and visitors can easily hear the conversations. Not every patient wants their private health information discussed publicly where others can hear it. This hospital needs to improve in several areas, particularly professionalism, communication, patient privacy, and the overall quality of care provided to patients and their families. I hope the hospital leadership takes these concerns seriously and works to create a more respectful, professional, and privacy-conscious environment for everyone.

Despite my protest and reluctance, he gave me prescription for a 3rd line antibiotic, which I had an ALLERGIC REACTION too! Suffered severely (constant extreme itch + intestinal issues). My pharmacist now has on file. "Dr." Louie inexperience is evident, he must heed and respect a complex patient. Improve.
