The staff and Doctors are amazing. After trying out a few pediatricians in the area we ended up at…read moreJust Us Kids. I have a special needs daughtet that has MULTIPLE specialist. Dr. Justice never misses a beat. Whatever I need for my children all I have to do is ask. I'm a hard mama to please and I don't give anyone a break when it comes to my babies and their health. When I take my daughter to the practice they always have a room to put her in to reduce her contact with others while there or her contact with sick children(she has a weakened immune system). Both my children love Dr. Justice. She is thorough and patient we have never been rushed out of the visit. She has stepped out of her "doctor" role and given me mom advice on many different things. She was open and honest about her own personal struggles with being a mom and how she tackles different situations. We love it here and as long as we continue to receive them a same level and of service we will be here until the kids grow out of the practice. The only con I have is the billing we have had some issues with that but that was resolved quickly as well. It's happen twice but it was fixed.

I finally left this office and am choosing to take my children elsewhere. I enjoy the nurses, but…read moreno matter what you will wait more than an hour long. I was the first appointment today. A well check for my son. Waited. Waited. Waited while looking out the door and hearing all the nurses and doctors talking and laughing. More waiting. It's like this each time. I'm finally fed up with it and choosing to go elsewhere.

I have received care at Emory Sharpsburg for 8 years. Dr.Hall is very good and has a great…read morebedside/office manner. They have a lab in the doctor's office so it's very convenient. Karen Phillips NP is thorough and sometimes listens and gives you direct attention ....often she seems distracted, angry, and not very happy. I have had unresolvable issues with her. She is passive aggressive and does not follow up with her my chart messages. She states she can't answer messages because she has to deal with more pressing patient issues. I waited three weeks for an answer to a very important issue and she accused me of not being patient after I escalated the issue to pt.relations. She Is not accountable for her mistakes and tries to blame the patient for her poor communication. Avoid seeing her if you can.

First off when a patient makes an appointment they're not sure what's going on so it's your job to find out. Yes I have insurance. I tell her my symptoms with a little pelvic pain, urinalysis is fine so why wouldn't you examine me to see what else could be going on. She comes in the room at 3:44 she left out 5 mins later requesting the urinalysis but I wasn't done asking questions. I waited for her to finish the patient she left me to run too. I asked if she reviewed my chart she says "no she's been busy and she just got back" WHAT! This is where her attitude kicks in because as a health care worker I'm aware of what she should've done before my visit. She condescendingly kept calling me "mam" if you looked at my chart you would know my name. I asked if she could examine me because I don't have time to keep coming back for 5 mins visits. Well let me say no exam happened and I left very upset. If you want to be thoroughly examined don't visit this location!

These jokers scheduled my Dad for an early morning appointment for a stress test -- only to make…read morehim wait, with instructions not to have any food or water prior to his visit -- for OVER AN HOUR before being seen. Turns out they booked at least FOUR people at the same time for the same test. When my wife asked the front desk who is responsible for the wait -- they blamed the company that administers the stress test. Frustrated, my wife asked the person administering the stress test about the long wait -- and was told all the appointments are booked through PACE. Given that my Dad had in fact booked the appointment through PACE and not the company who administered the test -- I firmly believe that PACE is responsible for the wait. If you want to deal with an arrogant medical group that has no problem making senior citizens wait for massive amounts of time before being seen -- then lies when confronted about it -- PACE is the place.
