giornale was a pretty restaurant to visit but man were they slammed and they didn't seem to have…read moreenough staff. Our server was good and apologized for the delay but it did take a long, long time just to get our drinks and some members of our party received breads and pastries way before receiving coffee and juices. I saw many other tables attempting to flag down servers and other groups were sitting with no drinks for a noticeable amount of time while we were there. Food was interesting. The menu was huge and had a lot of healthy and vegetarian options. My omelette was ok and the acai bowl was delicious surprise to find in Metepec. There was a large smoothie selection and I got to have a sip of one of my table mate's green smoothies. It was delicious! Someone else had matcha bread which had a buttery pleasant taste (would have been great with coffee). There were lots of other menu items I would like to try but they need to increase their staff.
