There were only two other groups of customers and my mom and I waited 45 minutes for food that we never received because they never put in the order for the food in the first place. They took our drink order after 25 mins of sitting there. I'm really disappointed because I really liked their food before. I'm a pretty patient and considerate person, and figured that they were busy and didn't think anything of it at first. We realized that the actual kid (maybe 13 years old at most) that took our order didn't put the order in after my mom asked them in Spanish why it was taking almost an hour to get the food out. To make it even worse, they didn't even check in on us or really acknowledge that we were there and they knew we were there. That really bothered me. I won't be returning here ever again.

I started with the Buffalo Cauliflower and it was good, a fried flower with a tasty (although a bit thick) dough and some decent BBQ sauce. We couldn't make up our minds on the hot or medium sauce so the server brought some of each. (the service was great). I had the Salad Dulce which was one of the best salads I've had in Mexico. Fresh lettuce, nuts, seeds, and great ingredients and a nice dressing made it delightful. My friend had the chorizo burger and said it was difficult to tell from real meat (he's not a vegan). For a main course I had the lasagna which was made with sliced squash instead of pasta and was quite large and difficult to eat. The ingredients were excellent although of the oil adverse folks you should ask them to go light or pass on oil altogether. The portions were huge and I had no room for dessert, although they looked excellent. I had a juice and asked for a large which turned out to be almost a full quart of fresh juice. This is a one off, mom and pop place that deserves to be recognized for great vegan food.
