I was traveling from Iowa and had to give the El Super Pollo Food truck a try. I had the grilled half chicken. It was delicious and a good smoky flavor. Here, I tried what I assume to be a more updated take on the dish, filled to a voluminous extent with avocado, plantain, and a protein of your choice (cauliflower for me). It was a delicious, filling meal in lively environs that I would certainly visit again.
