The only complaint I have is their new cups, which they recently got in some of their locations, like the Arkansas locations. The new cups seem smaller, and the lids keep popping off and making a mess in my car. I don't know about other people, but my car is only a year old. I am the first owner and cannot stand having a dirty or messy vehicle. I hope they return to the original cups because they are more extensive.
