They advertise that they speak English, and they do when selling something, but all of their important legal documents are only in Spanish, and if you phone them they charge an extra EUR to speak English with you have to agree to before they put the call through.

I had an account in Portugal with them they charge fees although I was making no transactions. Five hundred euros went out of the account over time in fees with no transactions. When the money I had in the bank had almost run out I wrote to them to ask them to close the account explaining that I could not travel as I have cancer. I had no reply so wrote again and still no reply. I tried to contact them via the link on their web site but it doesn't work. I found an email address and sent an email in Spanish to the head office in Spain. They sent an email back saying I must use the link - the one that doesn't work. I had a twelve and a half hour operation for my cancer that is how serious it was. This is just what I don't need at this time.
