Trisha was very helpful, she gave suggestions to make sure we get the right mattress for us. I have first hand experience with Chattam & Wells from 2004 and knew that the quality and comfort would not be matched. Trisha was very professional, patient and has your best interest at heart. She even gave us a great deal! I was going to wait to review the store tomorrow after our first night with the mattress, however, I was able to catch a nap this afternoon and I can't begin to tell you how soundly I slept! It's the best sleep I've had since 2013-not joking. Thank you Mattress Mania for the great service and the prompt delivery!!! We are happy to support local businesses like yours and we will gladly recommend your store to our friends looking for a new mattress.

This was my first visit to Best Mattress and so glad I came to here to buy what I needed…read more I talked to the sales associate and told them that I saw that they had a deal online for 2199 instead of 2499. And the cool part of that was that he decided to honor the online price and saved me $300 which is a huge savings. I decided to buy the cooling super soft XL twin mattress at the lowest price. I know that's a lot for a smaller mattress but I've purchased this mattress before and it's always around that price. I've had this type of mattress for several years and it's held up pretty well so I'd say it's worth what you pay. The sales person also threw in a cooling mattress protector for $50 which was a great deal too. As soon as I paid for the mattress, I set up the delivery immediately within a week and everything went smoothly and just as described. Overall, I'd say I had a really good experience here and I would definitely buy my mattresses here again! Thanks Best Mattress for making my sleeping cozier!

The whole time making it sound like a no interest loan when really you are signing up for a credit card with more than your original purchase amount. My total was $7400. When I did a credit update I see my credit score went from 800 to 735! At least let me know it's a credit card and not a loan. Ok fine if you wanna say well "you should have known that" then that's cool, but what about the $145 promotional fee the credit card company tacked on that you "conveniently" forgot to tell me about?!?!? Terrible really cause she could have been completely honest and upfront and I probably still would have bought the bed. I would have just paid for it outright on my own credit card and made the cash back on it without paying a hidden fee she didn't disclose. Looking back now I can see how thirsty she was for the sale. A good scammer will usually get you. In light of this I will never purchase another thing from ANY best mattress ever again. Best mattress better hope everything is fine with my bed also, because I will make them take it back so fast and I won't be polite about because of her disingenuous personality ugh....

Prices are hilariously high and not much of a selection. Guess I'll just head over to Costco and buy a mattress. I stopped by today, March 22nd.

I had never heard of the Casper mattresses before. It's a nationwide chain, but its only location in Las Vegas is in Downtown Summerlin! Casper is located next to Fabletics and Express. There were two team members inside the store that immediately greeted us. They asked if we needed any assistance and showed us all of the different mattresses available! A lot of the mattresses were customizable with the adjustable bed. There was even a Cal King adjustable bed with two twin sizes that could be controlled on both sides of the bed! It was super cool to try it out! The beds that we did sit on were very comfortable. Not too soft and not too firm, either! If you wanted to book an appointment with a Casper specialist, you can go online to their website. They've always had a really friendly, knowledgeable, and well-trained staff. Their products are all really good quality that tend to have a longer lifespan than other comparable products I've tried. I recently got the technogel anatomic pillow and am so far really happy with it. The staff had me lay down and try different pillows not just to see what felt best but they also analyzed my alignment to find the best pillow for me. I highly recommend Relax the back

This review is specifically about finding the right pillow…read more I have been searching for a quality pillow for years. I have neck issues and I am a side sleeper so I need the support in the crook of my neck. I have been in here before and purchased a roller but today was all about the pillow. I was greeted and assisted by Chris. He asked me a few pertinent questions and then began to have me try out some various pillows. Wow! These pillows felt amazing and provided just the right amount of needed support. I ended up selecting the Technogel Lab Pillow. It is the most comfortable my neck has ever been and I am sleeping so much better. The pillow has patented Technogel so the pillow is always cool to the touch. It also comes with a cooling cover that is removable. The design is ergonomic which keeps my head, neck and spine properly aligned. The pillow is made in Italy, and these pillows undergo thorough and rigorous testing to ensure high quality and durability. Now this pillow was a bit pricey at $199.00 but to me it is so important that my neck feels good and I wake up refreshed and ready to greet the day. I must admit I was a little nervous about whether I was going to love my new pillow or not, but from day one it has been a blessing. If you struggle with neck issues be sure and check this pillow out. If you don't have a local store, go online. I really appreciated Chris' suggestions and very pleased with my pillow purchase.

Low key and he has a great sense of humor which is a plus. I cannot stress enough how enjoyable it was to deal with Kevin, if you're looking for a mattress, i highly recommend you give him a shot, you won't be disappointed.
