I previously tried to place an order and got the confirmation, etc. the everything was set. Then they randomly cancelled my order without notice. I only found out because after a week or so, I realized I hadn't gotten my order and after going to the purchase history area the status was changed to cancelled. No email notification etc. After chatting with them several times, I kept being told it was due to them being "unable to verify my information" but they can't tell me what that information is? They then told me that someone would reach out to me - three separate chats - promising someone to call and reach out over weeks and it never happened. Then they were like just re-place the order - cool, but are you gonna honor the discount I got at the time? Of course not. Waited for another sell to happen and placed a second order and this one actually went thru (mind you, NONE of my information changed). I chose this location for pickup and it was ready promptly. My only criticism is that two of the items I ordered expire at or under a year time frame. I feel like products that are on these tighter timelines for expiration should be discounted to account for that. The rewards program is also a joke. You have to spend $125 to get $5 unless you spend $200 or $700 annually (from the time you hit that threshold forward) then its $5 for every $100 or $5 for every $84, respectfully. Gone are the days when rewards programs were actually rewarding. That means to get 4% back the quickest you spent at least $784 and only got back $30.

However, when it was finally served, it appeared completely clear, which left me a bit confused about the preparation process. I originally stopped in for the prerolls, but due to a recent ban or restriction, they were unavailable. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't seem very interested in suggesting alternative products or helping me find a comparable option. Overall, the experience didn't leave much of an impression. Between the average drinks, limited product availability, and lack of engagement from the staff, I don't see myself returning.

I am the customer that takes the staff steak and baked potato dinners or I go buy them breakfast or dinner, that is how much I love the phenomenal staff and management. I went into the 24 hour location yesterday and had the worst encounter with Valerie, which is the name she gave me. Anna advised her that I am to receive my military discount, which I have been receiving since patronizing this business. She was advised by management that I am to receive my Military discount in which she refused to give it to me making the statement that she did not care what Anna said, who is the Manager of the store. I made my purchase and as I was walking out she called me a "BLACK BITCH" That is racist. My money spend just like everyone else. I left the store, but had to return due to I forgot something. As I was walking out a hispanic man was checking out and told her that he gets a Military discount and she gave it to him, no questions asked nor hesitation. Now you are discriminating. I have a phenomenal relationship with all the staff there, including management. I am always respectful, happy and bubbly. When I go into the store the staff and I will talk like we are family. I am truly baffled to have experience racism and discrimination. My money spend like hispanics and caucasion people. This is totally unacceptable. If she does not want to wait on black people and think it is okay to call black people out their names, then Valerie, you are in the wrong line of business and she is definitely setting the company up for a lawsuit. We "BLACK BITCHES" are not going anywhere and are here to stay and we are going to keep coming. As a law school graduate, a business owner and a retired federal judge daughter, this is definitely unethical business practices and I will not let this go.
