After being given the run around by Autoglass and my insurers trying to get my rear windscreen…read morereplaced on Sunday- I found this gem of a company Euro Windscreens. They knew what I required just by giving them my car registration number (very impressive) but what surprised me even more is they had sourced the window from there local supplier,gave me an appointment time of 4pm to which there engineer arrived - installed it by 5pm and left. Autoglass really could take a leaf out of this company's customer service book. Admiral only use Autoglass which is very poor as they seem to dictate when they'll do the repair (6 day wait) but on the plus side my insurers will reimburse me the £916 I've paid out....I would recommend eurowindscreens to everyone you won't be disappointed!

The cost was very slightly cheaper than John Lewis and I wish now I had gone with them. The blind is ok but the curtains are just acceptable. I keep noticing small flaws in the material. The curtain fitter had to come back as they looked really shabby when closed. Apparently that was the best I could hope for and nothing was done to change them. I sent 3 emails to the owner and he did not even acknowledge them. I definitely would not recommend.
